The engraving on our mirrored acrylic ornaments is opaque and engraved in reverse which allows Christmas tree lights to shine through and illuminate all the details. Each ornaments is carefully designed and then engraved and cut on our laser to produce a beautiful and durable piece that will stay with your family for years to come.

Unfortunately my order was not received, I reach out to the seller & even waited longer for the item to arrive. They did not gave me any tracking # instead wanted me to pay shipping with tracking after I told them that the item did not arrived , I understand there is a delay but if it's past the shipping time, at least compensate your customer & give them a good experience on how good seller you are, at least one time courtesy & pay for the shipping so the customer will comes back & recommend you to other customer. You are not just representing your product but also your brand & attitude as a seller..Also with this pandemic & holidays , seller should ship the item with tracking, how would you give your customer an assurance if there's no tracking!
