FYI: FULL COLOUR LOGOS MUST BE CONVERTED TO BLACK AND WHITE (Monochrome/NOT greyscale). Our shop can sometimes do this if your logo is already iconic or high contrast. Engraving on the back is NOT possible because material is engraved on the back to expose the transparency.)

HOW TO ORDER:
1) Please ensure you provide the name of your business and the email your logo will be sent from in 'ORDER NOTES' (after adding to the cart.) Failure to do this may delay your order due to administration challenges.

2) Email your BLACK & WHITE (No greyscale or colour) logo file to info@rustichustle.com.
Preference is for .eps .svg .ai vector formats but a high resolution image file in .png or .jpg will also work.
If your logo appears pixellized, it will engrave pixellized so quality is key.

3) Request a mockup in 'ORDER NOTES' if you require one. If you request one, please ensure you check your email on record to approve it in time for production.

Please follow these instructions for prioritized service during the holiday rush. Mockups are sent after purchase to prioritize paying customers but you may order a physical sample by selecting Qt. 1in the drop down if you need team approval in advance to purchasing in bulk.

Production: Every order in by Tuesday at 10AM Eastern will generally ship the following Monday in our weekly production run. RUSH SERVICE is available for purchase up until Friday at 5PM (Eastern).
