HOW TO ORDER --------------------
Please follow these instructions for prioritized service during busy holiday hours to ensure your order is completed in time for dispatch day. Mockups are sent after purchase to prioritize paying customers but you may order a physical sample from the drop down if you need team approval.
1) Select your quantity.
2) If you intend to include a logo please 1) NOTE THE NAME OF YOUR BUSINESS LOGO being provided and 2) THE EMAIL IT WILL BE SENT FROM... rather than "I will send an email". Our shop receives hundreds of order per week and your order may be delayed or pushed back due lack of information to effectively match order with email.
3) Please send your BLACK & WHITE (No greyscale or colour) logo file to info@rustichustle.com. If possible, INCLUDE YOUR ORDER # IN THE SUBJECT OF YOUR EMAIL. Preference is for .eps .svg .ai vector formats but a high resolution image file in .png or .jpg will also work. If your logo appears pixellized, it will engrave pixellized so quality is key.
4) Request a mockup if you require one. If you request one, please ensure you check back to approve it.
